Privacy Policy

We collect the following information:

• Business information: your company name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Call data: audio recordings, transcriptions, and metadata (caller number, time, duration) for calls handled by VocalOps.
• Caller information: names, phone numbers, and requests communicated during calls.
• Usage data: service usage statistics, login logs, and performance data.

The public website uses a functional cookie to remember the language you select. This cookie is not used to measure your browsing activity or for advertising.

The website uses Google Analytics together with Google advertising measurement features. Google may set first-party cookies — _ga to distinguish visits,_gcl_ and _gac_ to attribute a visit to an ad — to measure viewed pages, interactions, approximate source, browser, and device information. This information is also used to assess how well our ads perform and to show you relevant advertising. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, call recordings, or transcripts to Google.

The website does not currently display a cookie banner: this measurement is active from the moment you arrive. You can refuse it by blocking cookies in your browser settings, installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or adjusting the ad preferences in your Google account. Declining does not cost you access to the website. Google acts as our measurement provider and may process information outside Quebec under its own policies.

When you submit a form on the website — requesting a demo, for example — we keep the source of your first visit in your browser for 90 days: the campaign parameters in the address (utm_source, utm_medium and the like), the page you landed on, and the referring site. That information travels with your request and is stored alongside it in our customer relationship system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), so we know how you found us. It is first-party information and is not shared with advertising third parties.
